Cleanse and Detox

Do most people take better care of their cars than themselves ? We send our cars forregular servicing to clean and rid the old & dirty stuff. But how many people do you know
who do regular cleanse and detox for their own bodies ?
We take care of our houses even better than this billion dollar house we are living in, our
body.
We need to apply this ancient wisdom. Our body is toxic. And toxins are the cause of
death and disease. Our body needs to be cleansed from all the toxicity we have collected
over the years. After that, our body needs nutrients to heal and to regain the energy that
is our right.
Every day, people are exposed to toxins. The toxins can come from the food they eat, the
air that they breathe, to the water they drink. Even the surroundings contain toxins that
enter the body and can affect health. However, health experts agree that the biggest
source of toxins in our body come from our own bowels. The build-up of toxins in the
body can lead to a variety of health complaints, such as dizziness, lethargy, nausea, body
odor, migraine and even serious conditions such as cancer.
These toxins can attack our immune system and cause damage to our bodies. The
easiest way to tell if a person is suffering from toxins is to look out for symptoms of fatigue,
dark puffy eyes, bloated, constipation and headache.
Detoxification is the process of reducing the build-up of various poisonous substances in
the body.
As it is impossible to keep all toxins away, we should at least detoxify our body once or
twice a year. Scientific studies have shown that detoxification is beneficial for health.
With regular detoxification, your body can enjoy increased energy and vitality resulting in a
healthier you. A good detox program will also enhance your digestive system.
And if you are constipated (having a very long transit time / Incomplete evacuation), it will
give rise to more toxins due to putrefaction and fermentation in your colon. Undigested
fruits and vegetables will give rise to fermentation. Undigested meat and protein will give
rise to putrefaction. Both fermentation & putrefaction produce a lot of gas and toxins.
Our colon is the dirtiest place and full of old decomposed waste matter accumulated over
the years, often forming hardened masses called mucoid plague. When we do a colon
cleansing we are actually flushing out all these rubbish from our colon.
“Death Begins In The Colon” should be a grim reminder to all of us as to how important
it is to keep our colon clean. 80% of all degenerative diseases start in the colon. So, it
makes sense to keep your colon clean. Your colon holds the key to good health. When
your colon is clean and healthy, you’ll experience an overall sense of well being. Also,
when your colon is clean and healthy, your intestine will be able to perform better than in
the past. Your intestines can absorb the nutrients better.
